Today I'm sharing with you a complete recipe for the first time. I'm really excited about this one, it is easy to make, adaptable to all tastes and restrictions, and really fast for those busy weekdays!! It takes less than 20 minutes to have this awesome meal full of nutrients at your table.
The recipe as described below is 100% AIP compliant with the elimination phase. If you have them in your pantry, you can use Coconut tortillas wraps to change the flavor of the meal. Or you can make your own tortillas, there is plenty of AIP compliant recipes for tortillas. If you are not following a strict AIP, you can also use tortillas wraps of any kind.
